These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between gc44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and anyone who uses this platform ("User", "you"). By visiting or using the gc44 website, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Other Eligibility Conditions

Each person may hold only one active account.

If you are a participant in or associated with a professional sports event, placing bets on that event is prohibited.

Registration Process

When creating an account on gc44, you must provide accurate and complete information. gc44 reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any changes to the information given at registration.

2.2

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify the gc44 support team immediately. gc44 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

Sharing or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
Always log out after using a public device or network.

2.3

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of identity verification (KYC), gc44 may at any time request a copy of your national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate. gc44 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals until verification is complete. This process is carried out solely to protect your funds.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1

Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions on gc44 are currently supported through the following mobile financial services:

bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
Nagad — Digital financial service from Bangladesh Post Office
Rocket — Mobile banking service from Dutch-Bangla Bank
Upay — Digital payment platform

3.2

Minimum Amounts

The same limits apply to all payment methods:

Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

3.3

Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase due to verification processes or other security checks. gc44 reserves the right to reject a request in full or in part if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.

3.4

Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds you deposit come entirely from lawful sources and do not include proceeds from any illegal activity. gc44 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities regarding any suspicious transactions.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1

Welcome Bonus

New users on gc44 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200
Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳15,000

To receive the bonus, the account must be fully verified and the first deposit must meet the minimum amount requirement.

4.2

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times. Important: wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on both the deposit and the bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
gc44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
If misuse of bonus terms or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be restricted.

4.3

VIP Program

gc44's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Higher tiers are unlocked based on regular gaming activity. gc44 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

5.1

Fair Play Policy

gc44 uses SSL encryption and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness across all games. If any user attempts to cheat the system or other players, their account will be closed immediately.

5.2

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
Using bots, automated software, or any other technical methods
Using another person's account or sharing account credentials
Participating in collusion or game manipulation
Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, gc44 reserves the right to close the account and confiscate the balance without notice.

5.3

Technical Issues

gc44 is not responsible for game sessions interrupted due to loss of internet connection, power issues, or device failure. However, we will always make reasonable efforts to assist in such situations.

Financial Loss Limitation

In the event of loss caused by a technical error, cyberattack, or unforeseen circumstances, gc44's liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question. gc44 will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Amendments & Termination

Amendments to Terms

Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed. In the event of a breach of rules, gc44 reserves the right to close an account without notice.

10.3

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms will first be resolved through negotiation. The gc44 support team will play an active role in this process. If no resolution is reached through negotiation, the applicable legal procedures will be followed.
